Welcome, I’m happy you’re here! I work with children and individuals of all ages suffering with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, eco-anxiety/grief, anger, relationship issues, isolation, and life transitions. I offer a safe environment to explore emotions and express your authentic self, with the intention to improve your relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and your extended systems. We’ll be a good match if you want a warm, gentle, accepting presence to guide you through the process of therapy.

I specialize in a holistic approach that is tailored to fit your needs, drawing upon ancient traditions and modern research that understands the needs of our human experience. My theoretical orientation comes from ecotherapy, emotion focused, somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness based CBT, and play therapy.

It takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out when you or your loved one is struggling. Therapy is a big step in taking care of your, or your loved one’s, well-being. I am supervised by Bren J. Fraser, LMFT 45649
