As a therapist , I have passion and experience in serving patients struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns and anxiety. I offer evening and weekend appointments to make therapy available to everyone. Making the choice to engage in counseling is one of the most courageous and empowering decisions one can make to change their life. I am inspired by the bravery of my patients and motivated to provide support for patients who are dedicated to their own personal growth. I love to make connections with my patients, while creating a safe space for individuals to feel comfortable and welcomed to express themselves.
While I do draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, I also understand that the therapeutic process is as unique as the individual it serves, and that there is no “one size fits all" in therapy. While working together, I strive to create an atmosphere of creativity, growth and hope for all patients.
As a mental health therapist specializing in eating disorders, body image issues, and anxiety, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and young adults on their journey towards healing, self-discovery, and recovery.
