I work from a relational context always. My advanced trainings (EFT, RDI, Daring Way, etc) move relationships towards better connections. Most of us carry trauma, my work is trauma informed.
Therapy has many reasons why it works and none of those reasons are found in diagnosis, mental health stigma or shame. All of it happens because humans have a great capacity to change and grow.
