My approach is insight-oriented and facilitative. My style blends various therapeutic techniques with a mind-body emphasis and a coaching twist.
My sessions are individually tailored, but often include exploring thoughts and feelings with curiosity, increasing emotional tolerance, and practicing inner acceptance in combination with meaningful change. I am fully trained in EMDR, and integrate a variety of ACT, DBT, Gottman, and IFS-informed techniques.
