Many of our lives are full of complex challenges—managing the stressors of the world and our daily lives, communicating with those we love, feeling connected to others, navigating intense emotions or difficulty feeling them at all. I'm queer, a parent, and a first-generation American. I believe each person has the capacity to live a life full of joy, ease, and connection and find it an honor to be a part of your healing journey.
I have a deep and complex understanding of the many forms of trauma (in all shapes and sizes) that many of us have endured and continue to face. I have spent years working in the fields of social service, social justice, leadership, and child abuse and trauma. I am here to provide a warm, authentic, and safe container to explore all aspects of yourself.
The relationship between client and therapist is of central importance and we will take time to get to know you and understand all the parts of you so this space is truly a safe container for your journey.
