Working in the mental health field has always been a passion of mine. Mental health is vital to a person’s overall health and wellness. Life can be challenging at times, and therapy is one way to address and process thoughts, feelings, events, or past trauma that may be preventing us from living our best lives.
I assist individuals aged 18 and older dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, family stressors, and adjustment issues. I believe in a strength-based and collaborative approach, and utilize various treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive behavioral and trauma informed/focused.
