With more than three decades in the fields of special education, parenting education, and mental health, I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify their specific needs and provide education to support progress toward their personal goals.
In therapy you can learn how to filter out the noise and live with more intention while managing many mental health obstacles such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and self-esteem issues. I have specialized training and experience working with families and individuals affected by developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
