Taking the first steps in therapy can be overwhelming and anxiety-provoking, but I am here to support you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, or trauma, I strive to provide you with a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your genuine self and be able to feel empowered. We will work together to gain insight and awareness of your current stressors, barriers, and unwanted thoughts and develop healthy coping skills.
As a clinician, I utilize an integrated and evidence-based approach. I have incorporated the use of CBT, extensional, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based practices when working with my clients in my practice. As each therapeutic journey is unique to each individual I aim to tailor the process based on each individual needs and goals.
