As a multi-faceted trauma-informed and focused psychotherapist, your individual needs will determine the customization of your therapy, using the most current empirically-supported approaches and techniques available. I am dedicated to your care and can use/integrate modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, DBT, ACT, Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), and EFFT.
