I work from a place of compassion, understanding, intuition, and humor combined with an extensive array of therapeutic tools to help you reduce discomfort, heal, and engage in the life you want. I welcome the opportunity to work with people of all identities.
Asking for help can put us in a vulnerable place. I recognize this and work to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and trusting. I focus on meeting my clients where they are and consider their unique life experiences, skills, and needs when working with them. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, relational, pragmatic, and non-judgmental.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. I value my clients and the experiences that shaped them, no matter what those experiences are. I’ll support you while also encouraging you to do the work you’re capable of doing. If it feels like there’s a lot of work to do and it feels overwhelming at times, we'll go at a pace that feels good to you.
