My ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (中文) enables me to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
Before embarking on my journey in mental health counseling, I spent over two decades in the corporate world, holding various positions as a CPA and CISA. This valuable experience allowed me to understand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with family life, as I raised three children, each now in different stages of adolescence and adulthood.
I specialize in assisting adults, teenagers, couples, and families through a variety of life challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, career, parenting, faith/spiritual, marital/relational issues, and trauma recovery. Everyone has unique challenges, and yes counseling can be helpful!
