I believe in creating an unparalleled healing experience for each and every individual. Psychotherapy is an art. Humans are as unique as musical compositions, mosaics, and fingerprints. In my eyes, this means that therapy needs to be individualized to meet the diverse needs of each client. I absolutely love the work I do, and can’t wait to hear your story. I offer Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Polyvagal Theory, & Inner Child Healing. I implement a Person-Centered, Eclectic, and Relational approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
