Virtual Recovery Group
This is a skills and therapeutic process group addressing: relapse prevention techniques, coping skills and recovery tools to maintain sobriety, process relational and life problems, change thoughts and behaviors contributing to addiction and recovery support. Group will meet virtually, via Zoom, every Thursday evening from 8pm-9pm.
