Jenny is clinically trained in Trauma-informed Care and Personality Disorders, utilizing numerous evidence-based therapeutic approaches as appropriate to the individual's needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.
