I work with adolescents and with adults at all stages of life who are seeking a collaborative approach to navigating life stressors, deepening self-awareness and insight, and processing trauma. I work from an anti-oppressive lens, with the understanding that systemic harm and inequity impact and are often the root cause of mental health challenges. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, races, gender identities, cultures.
As a lifelong learner committed to personal and collective growth, I listen deeply in order to learn from and alongside clients about what pace and approaches to healing might work best for each individual. I am trained in EMDR, IFS informed, and I ground all of my work in somatic practices, mindfulness and social justice.
