I enjoy working with older teens, adults of all ages, couples and veterans. A significant part of my counseling career has been spent working with anxiety, depression & trauma. My work experience combined with being a military spouse and Veteran make me well equipped to help you and your family navigate the various challenges & transitions life has to offer.
