Are you attempting to manage feelings that have been building up over time? I have niche specialized experience working with medical professionals such as physicians, nurses and medical trainees.
I formulate your story from a psychodynamic orientation with the belief that the past influences the present and operate from a relational lens (relationships influence well-being), though I have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, emotionally rich and confidential environment for individuals to explore what’s on their mind. After getting a feel for the salient issues at hand, we consider how to manage symptoms. I believe everyone has a story, and beginnings matter; therefore, we also explore where and why these symptoms started.
