Jen is certified in Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, developed by Dr. Janina Fischer. She has completed level one in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy-Trauma Themes and level two - developmental themes. Jen has experience with DBT and other trauma informed care.
Choosing to begin your journey in trauma healing, or to start again after an unhelpful experience, is often a difficult, and even frightening step. Trauma therapy should not be about re-living your trauma and should involve much more than "just talking." No matter what you have survived, you are not beyond healing.
