Working collaboratively we can find ways to heal from the unease and discomfort of these struggles and work to develop harmony in your daily life.

As a therapist, I am client centered and focused on meeting you where you are. I utilize several evidence based practices, including EMDR, a trauma treatment that helps unlock and reprocess memories reducing the emotional charge attached to them. I can also integrate the Christian faith into the sessions for those who appreciate that perspective.

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, or somewhere along the way, having someone to share the load is important. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this journey, to give space to your emotions and develop skills to help you through the hard times you are facing.
