My work involves assisting a client understand how their childhood environment helped to establish thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world around them which can get in our way later in life. Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and supportive talk therapy, we will examine those thoughts and beliefs and learn how they influence our behavior.
