I specialize in working with individuals who want to improve their relationships. IFS therapy can help people recognize and address the internal parts of themselves that influence their interactions with others. I am especially passionate about working with parents who feel overwhelmed and who are highly critical of themselves. I help parents understand and heal parts of their own system so they can be less stressed, more effective, and feel more connected to their kids.
IFS is premised on the idea that we all have sub-personalities, or parts, and that life events or trauma can cause parts to take on extreme roles or beliefs. I help individuals navigate their own unique inner landscapes, heal parts that carry emotional wounds, and discover their innate inner wisdom and healing capacity.
