I believe in a client centered approach, therefore I am passionate about building a relationship based on trust, safety, and understanding.
It is my hope that clients will improve their self-awareness, gain necessary skills to cope, identify necessary support systems, and utilize these outside of therapy. I assess each client and together we decide which therapeutic modality is best. If requested, I integrate faith based counseling into sessions
