Hola! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than half a decade of experience working with BIPOC youth, families and individuals with complex mental health struggles.
In this work, I have gained a deep appreciation for the sacred space of therapy and feel committed to helping all of those who seek healing and growth in their lives. I strive to be a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapist and believe each person has a unique life story worth telling.
