I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) who loves to help others connect with their authentic self. I have worked with clients of all ages with various concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma and PTSD in both a psychiatric hospital setting and private practice. I believe that with positive support, a change in mindset, and creativity true transformation can happen. I want to help clients develop healthier coping skills in order to better manage their emotional distress using various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, & Expressive Art.
I recognize that it can be difficult to start therapy. As a result, I do my best to offer a safe and supportive environment that allows others to work through uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.
