I'm so glad you found my profile. My name is Jennifer, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado. I specialize in helping women navigate the complicated world in which we live. I can help with grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work/life balance, women's issues, life transitions and other struggles you might be facing. I am also a specially trained couples therapist and I love to help couples deepen their connection and learn better communication and conflict management skills.
In therapy, I focus on helping women develop self-compassion and mindfulness skills. I believe that we are often too hard on ourselves and hold ourselves to unrealistic standards. I think that by developing self-compassion, we can learn to give ourselves a break and focus on what really matters in our lives.
I know that it can feel really overwhelming and intimidating to reach out for help. But I think it is really strong and courageous and this one step can get you on the path to healing and change the way you navigate the world. I am so honored that I get to do this work and meet so many amazingly resilient people and be a part of their story.
