For 20 plus years I have treated individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-destructive behaviors, substance abuse, loss, family conflict and co-dependency. I will help you STOP the self-sabotaging mindset. I will help you "be done" with the old tapes. Whether it is through coaching or therapy, it can happen.
