Hello! My name is Jenny Tillman and I am currently accepting new clients for individual therapy services through Sound Resilience Health. I work with clients ages 15 and older struggling with anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, parenting challenges, depression, mood disorders and challenges surrounding eating behaviors, and self-harm.
My strengths lie in using CBT, DBT, and MI to help my clients learn to identify problematic patterns of behavior that are impeding them from accomplishing their desires, dreams and/or goals and to learn effective coping skills that they can take with them long after therapy.
