I work with teens, individuals and couples from a diverse range of backgrounds to assist in cultivating healthier relationships with themselves and others. Clients I have worked with typically have been impacted by a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and am passionate about work with the LGBTQ+, exploring sexual orientation and the coming out process.
I utilize a holistic, strengths-based approach, where we will explore all parts of you to gain a more coherent understanding of who you are and to find new ways of nurturing your whole self. Our work together will be collaborative, with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
I provide a safe space to delve into the deepest parts of your experience while giving tools to make your everyday life more manageable.
