Life and living is stressful. I am passionate about helping people recover, and settle, from the impact of life. I support clients who are struggling, and often suffering from the various manifestations of early Developmental Trauma, Complex Trauma, and PTSD. In my practice, I work closely with those suffering from symptoms of Personality Disorders, Dissociative Identity Disorder, ADHD, Spectrum and Sensitivities, Anxiety, Impulsivity, Mood Disorders, Intimacy and Attachment Issues, along with a host of physical symptoms, emotions, behaviors and “addictions” that clients present in an attempt to regulate the nervous system.
I am a Transforming Touch Practitioner (TTP) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I have intensively trained in Somatic Resilience & Regulation (SRR), NeuroAffective Touch, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and support healing from Sex and Love Addiction, as well as the devastation of Betrayal.
My goal is to offer a Safe Haven of support that welcomes and invites clients to be real, to struggle, and to settle into the journey of healing. Together, we reduce the stress surrounding unresolved trauma, and build capacity, tolerance, resiliency, and regulation in the nervous system, giving space and support for the body to heal.
