I see individuals, couples and families (especially teens and parents) who recognize the need for change in their lives.
Parenting is a special interest of mine including parenting oneself as an adult. I provide a calm, safe space and listen with openness and compassion. It takes courage to look at our situation with honesty, and I have great empathy for peoples' struggles. I feel honored and inspired witnessing my clients' inner journeys.
