Whether you’re looking to better manage symptoms of a disorder or simply pursue internal growth, I can help you through it. I provide weekly therapy sessions where we work together to explore patterns of behavior, symptoms, relationships, and anything else that is important to you in your life – both past and present. I work best with clients who are committed to therapy sessions at least once a week - this creates consistency for you and it allows us the time to do this transformative work together.
Our sessions together will give you the space to process and understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Once we can build up your self-awareness and increase your understanding of yourself, we'll explore and implement therapeutic tools that work for you.
I have experience working with mood and/or depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use and addictive behaviors, and trauma.
