I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I work with teens and adults experiencing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, trauma, or adjusting to life changes and daily stressors.
My hope is to provide a compassionate and supportive space for reflection and growth, with a therapeutic style that has been described as present, warm, and relaxed. I utilize a variety of perspectives and interventions to best support clients’ goals, including client-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
