Women's Process Group
A collaborative and supportive space for women to connect, process, and empower each other. Being a woman and facing the many obstacles of the day to day can be exhausting, overwhelming and isolating. This group is designed to create a safe space for women to feel supported in navigating the challenges that they commonly share. It focuses on a variety of topics, including but not limited to self-esteem, body image, life transitions and relationships. Our hope is that members will create a community of support that will help them feel empowered to be agents of change in their daily lives.
