I have worked in the mental health field in San Diego for over 15yrs and have extensive experience with children/teens/young adults as well as individuals, and families. I provide treatment through a trauma focused lens, with compassion, humor and genuine curiosity. I believe we are driven largely by the desire for connection and relationships.
