I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experienced in working with adults and young adults, treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship conflicts, pregnancy, postpartum, and divorce.

I specialize with individuals adjusting to role changes, or dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce, relationship issues, and family conflicts. I also specialize with emerging adults, and adults dealing with self esteem issues, pressures, & uncertainty; I also work with parents to manage stress and responsibilities.

I am warm, genuine, empathetic, and supportive, and I believe your own perspective of yourself and your life, is highly relevant in moving toward change. I work to create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment, as I think this is a significant part of processing, healing, understanding and accepting yourself.
