As a Trauma Specialist I honor the differences between Counseling, Therapy, and Trauma Processing. I work well with people who are trying to break free from cycles of dysfunctional family patterns, people trying to do better than their parents did, people who are the product of an affair (NPEs), people who've had spiritually transformative experiences (NDE, OBE, etc), people experiencing Post Traumatic Stress, people who've suffered medical gaslighting and iatrogenic injury (especially vaccine injured people) and people who generally think outside the box. Seeing the world beyond the lens of convention is my specialty.
I draw from neurobiologically informed therapies and offer a variety of Cognitive, Somatic, and Energy Psychology interventions, such as: Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, EFT, IFS and TRE. These tools assist you in rewiring your nervous system, allowing you to develop healthier relationships to others and to yourself.
Therapy is not a process for the faint of heart, it is a Hero's Journey that brave people take. Therapy with me is an honoring of that warrior spirit.
