I have had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages who struggle with challenges from chronic and severe like Schizophrenia or more pressing stressors of navigating a transition or loss. However, the vast majority of my clients seek support reconciling trauma, navigating relationships, and managing mental health symptoms. Often we briefly explore life thus far and move forward to planning their next steps on the journey.
I have been trained in Marriage and Family Therapy but have spent many years working with individuals using cognitive, dialectical, person-centered approaches to treatment. I have had specialized training in TF-CBT, MI, and children & adolescents. I strive to apply interventions to meet the needs of the client through use of their strengths.
