Beginning your journey to improve your mental health can seem overwhelming at first, but is truly something we all deserve. In working with you, I strive to create a non-judgmental space in which empathy, respect, and warmth are highly prioritized. In this space, we will work to make the day-to-day more manageable while cultivating tools to navigate life’s ups and downs. I enjoy working with children, teens, & young to middle aged adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict/trauma, and other various issues.
Through collaboration, we will work to increase self-awareness and develop skills to improve processing & regulation of emotions. In doing so, we will identify potential barriers in your life, as well as the skills to overcome them.
