As a certified EMDR Therapist, healing from past and present challenges is of great importance. I practice using a combination of different therapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brief-Solution Focused Therapy (B-SFT), Person Centered, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
In my practice I use a wide range of therapeutic modalities to fit YOUR unique needs. The therapeutic relationship is by far the most important factor to consider when measuring the effectiveness of therapeutic outcomes.
