With over 15 years of experience, I am certified in tinnitus treatment and co-author of "Tinnitus: Turning the Volume Down (Revised and Expanded).
I believe, based on research, our behaviors, reactions, and emotions are related to how our brain physically functions. We are triggered in a pre-conscious way to stimuli and I practice techniques and therapies that allow us to intervene at a subconscious level so that we can literally create new responses to the same triggers.
Trained in England, I am certified in BrainWorking Recursive Technique (BWRT) for general psychopathology as well as the psychology of identity and behavior. I am a founding member of the British BrainWorking Research Society. My qualifications in BWRT have awarded me the opportunity to supervise trainees and practitioners in addition to administering certification assessments.
