Hello, and welcome. I'm truly glad you're here, taking this step toward support for both yourself and your child. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that arise when a child is facing difficulties. You don't have to navigate this journey alone. I'm deeply passionate about providing mental health services to children and offering support to parents and caregivers like yourself. I firmly believe that everyone deserves compassionate care during tough times. Please note we are not in network with insurance providers.
In my practice, I specialize in working with elementary school-aged children, typically between the ages of 5 and 11. I offer support for anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, emotional regulation, navigating life transitions, and processing grief and loss. I also provide assistance with developing social skills and coping skills strategies.
