Finding the motivation to create change and capitalizing on that motivation is essential to enhancing awareness and acceptance of life's struggles. I use a variety of modalities to meet you where you are at. I hope to relate on a human level as someone helped saved my life a long time ago and I have been giving back ever since. I use narrative therapy from both personal and professional experience to help you learn to identify and accept current stressors and I provide empathetic approach to healing.
The reason I chose to be a psychotherapist in the first place is because I never understood how to be in the world. I was confused, uncertain, shy and scared most of the time. I was accomplished and by all means successful on the outside. I was suffering and struggling internally trying to navigate the world. Never underestimate the power of asking for help
