Regardless of what is bringing you in to therapy, my goal is to provide a safe and accepting space to promote healing. I am experienced in working with adolescents and adults on their personal growth and work to meet my clients where they are at. I have experience in working with diverse populations, and am LGBTQ affirming. I am currently working toward certification through PSI for Postpartum mood disorders. I work to help clients feel understood and to facilitate change based on their goals and values.
I specialize in healing from sexual trauma as well as working with intimacy and sexual issues. I have experience with a range of psychological issues including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, self-harm, difficulty regulating emotion. I am training to work with postpartum mood disorders as well as ERP for OCD.
I aim to make therapy a welcoming and affirming environment where you can discuss self-esteem, sexuality, gender, and trauma without feeling judged.
