I have over 15 years experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist helping individuals and couples achieve the relationships they want in their lives. I also have several years experience working with teens and children with issues such as self esteem, anxiety, and behavioral concerns.
I specialize in individual, couple, and family therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness Techniques in my practice. When working with children, I also utilize art and play therapy.
