Reaching out for help is a difficult yet empowering step. The stress of our relationships, career, family, finances, mental health or addictive behaviors can be overwhelming. Well, I am here to help! I will listen to you with empathy and free from judgement. I aim to provide a safe environment to explore areas that you would like to improve upon and grow by developing healthy coping strategies. Healing happens with intention and guidance and that is what you can expect from me.
I have worked with clients dealing with trauma, grief, addiction, broken family systems, unhealthy coping skills and varying mental health symptoms. I know that healing and growth can happen because I have been lucky enough to witness it. My approach is integrative and client-centered. My only goal is to uncover what you need and to provide that.
Finding the right therapist is important. Therapy can be scary, leaving us feeling vulnerable and unsure BUT with the right therapist it can be empowering and transformational.
