Are you an individual looking for support around personal growth, transitions, burnout or just hoping to be your authentic self after years of masking? As a neurodivergent person myself, I have a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals thrive. I am a dedicated social worker, who specializes in supporting ADHD, executive function, autism, and trauma. I also have a significant background in supporting individuals with general mental health needs like trauma, chronic pain / chronic illness, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.
I know the importance of neurodiversity affirmative, person-centered, accessible care. With me everyone can expect: respect and understanding for who you are, no pressure to have (or learn) any specific “social skills”, and to be empowered with the support that works for you. I also can meet with parents/families, and assist in advocacy at schools, etc.
I work with clients of all ages, with the youngest I have worked with being 4 yo. I rarely utilize one type of therapeutic intervention as everyone is different and deserves treatment made for them!
