A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to treating adolescents and young adults. Individuals in this age group often feel misunderstood by others. I also feel that such an amazing amount of self-discovery happens at this age and I love getting to be a part of this!
I provide a safe and warm environment for my patients to express themselves while also educating them about life issues and how to more effectively manage stress. My ultimate goal is to help each person to use his or her new "tools," not only in the present, but also in the future
