I bring experience and expertise to support you in navigating the nuances and stuck points of intimate partnerships, overcoming the challenges of infidelity, untangling communication issues, and addressing concerns related to sex, desire, and intimacy. I also have expertise in navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, and religious deconstruction.
I use an experiential, cognitive, and emotion-focused lens that offers safety, structure, equity, compassion, and self-confrontation. I am a trauma-informed therapist and utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) when working on specific trauma issues. I am an LGBTQIA-affirming therapist who works with all identities and orientations.
