Hi, I’m Jennifer Ray. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Southern California. I describe my approach to therapy as present, caring, and warm. I treat patients with depression, anxiety, stress, and grief. I am open to working with patients from all walks of life. I’m most comfortable working with patients who have been diagnosed with or have symptoms of Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, and panic disorder. I am confident working with patients who are experiencing stress from work, relationships, caregiving, and parenting. I also work with grief and loss.
I ensure my patients feel heard and validated in their unique experiences. I help patients with coping skills and gaining a new perspective on difficult situations.
I love listening to people and being a constant in their life. I don’t shy away from difficult situations or emotions. I feel like I have a calming and comfortable presence. I constantly learning about therapy techniques to help my patients.
