Hi, my name is Jennifer Rauch and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and I would love to help you find your way through life's problems. I provide counseling services to older youths and adults facing problems at school, work, or in their personal lives. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to help my clients reach their goals in a timely manner.
My therapeutic approach definitely varies on the needs of each client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as both modalities will help me and you build a shared understanding of your reality and allow us to work together to chart a path forward.
I realize that starting therapy can be a time filled with nervousness and uncertainty which is why the first session is really spent getting to know one another. As important as it is for me to understand why you are seeking treatment it is also just as important for you to feel comfortable so that we can start building a strong rapport.
